# Privacy Policy — Award and Travel Publisher

This policy describes how the **Award and Travel Publisher** Meta app
("the App", Meta App ID `1274751838116911`) accesses and handles data.
The App is operated by the owner of **awardandtravel.com** and is used
solely to manage the owner's own Instagram Business Account
(`@awardandtravel`), Facebook Page, and Meta Ad Account.
## Who uses the App
The App is not a consumer product and does not serve third-party end
users. The only user is the App owner/admin, acting on first-party
business assets they already own.
## What the App accesses
Through the Meta Graph API and Marketing API, the App accesses:
- Instagram Business Account profile info and media (`instagram_basic`)
- The ability to publish feed posts to the owner's Instagram Business
Account (`instagram_content_publish`)
- The owner's Facebook Pages list and engagement data
(`pages_show_list`, `pages_read_engagement`)
- The owner's Meta Ad Account — reading campaign performance
(`ads_read`) and creating paused campaigns, ad sets, and ads
(`ads_management`)
- Business Manager metadata needed to scope the above
(`business_management`)
The App does **not** access any end-user data, messages, comments from
followers, or data from any account the owner does not control.
## How the data is used
Accessed data is used only to: publish content scheduled by the owner,
launch ad campaigns against that content, and summarize ad performance
to help the owner decide what to post next. No automated decisions are
made that affect anyone other than the owner's own accounts.
## Storage and retention
A local file (`data/posts_db.json`) stores titles, captions, Instagram
permalink IDs, and timestamps of posts the App has published. Ad
performance metrics may be cached locally while a reporting session
runs. No data is transmitted to any server other than Meta's own API
endpoints. Retention is indefinite; the owner may delete the local
database at any time to purge it.
## Sharing
Data is **not** shared with any third party. It is not sold,
syndicated, or used for advertising targeting outside of the owner's
own Meta Ad Account.

Because the App has no users other than the owner, no external
