  • Feedback Policy: Do not leave negative feedback or reviews regarding stays booked under this rate.
  • IHG One Pass Rate Limitation: Once your 30 nights are used up, after-sale service will be discontinued for the remainder of the calendar year.
  • Zero Tolerance: Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.
Status Validity: This upgrade is valid for one calendar year from the date of activation. Room availability is subject to hotel occupancy and specific blackout dates.

Personal Information We Collect
